Very very helpful front desk person, Peggy. They have been great in getting my glasses originally. Now they are helping me to try to get an arm for my glasses. I thought I was going to have to buy a complete frame again after only a year...but I may be able to just but an arm!! They are super helpful!!​​​​​​​

Today, it was my first time in this clinic. Impeccable service, from the receptionist, through the assistant Kelly and the wonderful doctor John. I did numerous examinations, received all the necessary explanations and guidance, leaving confident and very satisfied. I recommend.​​​​​​​

Dr. Terri is an amazing professional! My mom had a stroke about six months ago and it left her with expressive aphasia. As you can imagine, that makes participation in an eye exam extremely difficult. Dr. Terri was able to create a way that mom could show her what she was seeing and it made it so much less stressful and emotional for mom when she did it! I wasn’t using her office for my needs before but I definitely will be switching now after seeing her compassion and kindness toward my mother as a patient. Great job to the Anderson Eye Care team!​​​​​​​

Best eye care in Hermitage! You are greeted with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. While being processed, I was asked how I was and if I had done anything exciting since my last visit which was a year ago.
You def get personable service here. Dr John and Dr Terri are a husband and wife team who give excellent care.
I enjoyed the visit with Dr Terri today. We discussed my vision along with my overall health to common interests.

I really like Dr. Anderson. She is an awesome doctor and is very personable and caring and really cares about her patients. I look forward to seeing her every year. I also like the location because it is easy to get in and out.​​​​​​​
